An all-female committee was established on September 3, 2009 in order to promote a style of tourism for Yamanashi City from women’s points of view thus appealing to females.
Our group of 9 civil servants made up of women from a variety of ages and backgrounds were selected based on their outstanding essays on the theme of “If I can think of it, I can do it! – Yamanashi City Promotion”.
Although we have already planned some events for women and adapted the use of tourist spots of the city for female appeal, we encourage your suggestions and opinions to make the best of our skills and interests for the successful promotion of the Girls’ Tourism Team.
